Kristen Nailor holds  a degree in Biochemistry from Indiana University. She spent 7 years as a  medicinal chemist at GlaxoSmithKline. She then accepted a position as the  head of compound management at Vanderbilt University where she built a robust  compound management facility that supported academic drug discovery programs  and industry collaborations. After 5 years at Vanderbilt, she then served for  3 years as La Jolla Compound Logistics Team Leader at Janssen Pharmaceutical  Companies of Johnson and Johnson. Since 2017 she has been Group Leader of the  Biologics Sample Management team at Genentech in South San Francisco, CA.
